How To Make a Folded Omelet
Ingredients :

2 Chicken eggs.
2.
Cooking oil.
3.
2 or 3 pinches of salt.
4.
2 cloves of onion.
5.
Chilies.
Tools :
1.
A frying pan.
2.
Nylon and wooden spatulas.
3.
A bowl.
4.
A knife.
5.
A whisk or egg beater.
Steps :
1.
Crack the eggs and put them into the bowl.
2.
Add two or three pinches of salt.
3.
Wash and peel the onions. Then, cut them into pieces.
4.
If you want your egg roll a bit spicy, add chilies as you
wish. Wash and cut them into pieces.
5.
Add the sliced onions and chilies into the bowl.
6.
Beat the eggs, chilies and onions using a whisk or egg
beater thoroughly.
7.
Add a little cooking oil to the frying pan, and then heat it
